Yes, those of you who might know me... this. is. a. miracle. So, I put on that Celia Cruz and went huffing around the neighborhood. God. help. me.
Anyway, it's amazing how much a run can clear your mind and make you feel that much more balanced. Exercise nuts, I think you all are on to something... In the meantime, however, no one tell me who won Project Runway.....shhhhh.
